Controller / Accountant (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Reviewing and clearing accounts and making change entries
• Cost accounting and evaluation of orders
• Creation and posting of provisions
• Identification of cost reduction potential
• Improvement of the commercial systems and processes incl. Participation in the introduction of a new ERP system
• Currency hedging
• Participation in projects
• Close cooperation with the management

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training with advanced training as an accountant (m / f) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the independent supervision of an operative accounting as well as assurance of completion according to HGB
• Secure user knowledge of an accounting software; practical experience with an ERP system is an advantage
• Experience in cost accounting, operational controlling and currency hedging is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Very accurate and independent way of working

Export administrator (m/f)

for our customer service team

Your tasks:
As administrator, you look after your own customer and supplier circle in day-to-day operations and you are responsible for the complete processing of orders.
For this daily business you use your experience from export and import processing. You communicate in English with our international customers, suppliers, shipping companies and freight forwarders.

You coordinate the logistics chain from the order of the paper at the supplier to the delivery to the customer overseas. For this, you create all necessary documents so that the customer receives the goods smoothly in time.

Your profile:

You have completed training as a foreign trade merchant or equivalent.
Very important to us are several years of proven work experience in the areas of customer service, order processing, letters of credit and logistics.
You are a dedicated and energetic personality with a "hands-on" mentality, who performs tasks with great reliability, works cooperatively with internal areas and external partners and always keeps a cool head in stress situations.

Team Leader Customer Service & Logistics (m/f)

Your tasks:

As the head of the internal export and import team, you look after your team and you manage this team, you have also your own customer base in day-to-day operations. You report directly to the commercial managing director.
You coordinate all work processes in the field of internal sales, order processing and customer service. You control the smooth cooperation with the sales managers. You motivate and support your team of 8 employees permanently, recognize their potential and promote it purposefully.
You are responsible for the execution of export orders for different customers. For this business you use your export experience. You communicate in English with our sales mamnagers, international customers, suppliers and freight forwarders. You coordinate the logistics chain from the order of the paper to the delivery to the customer overseas. For this you create all necessary documents that satisfy the customer and you ensure the delivery in time to the customer.

Your profile:

You have completed training as a foreign trade merchant or equivalent.
Very important to us are several years of proven experience in the fields of customer service, order processing, letters of credit and logistics, as well as first management experience.
You are a dedicated and energetic personality with a "hands-on" mentality, who handles tasks with great reliability, cooperates cooperatively with internal areas and external partners and can lead employees in a goal-oriented manner.

Trader (m/f)

Inter-Papier is a trading house specialized in the trade of papers for packaging and printing solutions. Our business concept is to create long-term business through contacts with customers and suppliers around the world. The single most important asset we have are the people who make this happen. Thanks to our successful recruitment we have succeeded in creating business relationships that make us one of the most successful companies in our industry.

At present, we are over 25 people in 4 locations, who sell to customers in over 40 countries. The majority of what we buy and sell are different paper and cardboard grades for the packaging industry and various grades for the publishing industry.  But we also handle all types of other papers. Our office is located in the northern area of Hamburg.

We now want to expand our sales force (Traders) with one or more people. You can be male or female, young or old, already a full experienced paper trader or a high-performance person with the right attitude to succeed in this world of international business contacts.

Your work assignments

You will be responsible for the sale of paper products in your market area. You work independently in close cooperation with suppliers, customers and local agents. You always have support from both our Trade Coordinators, your team and other colleagues.
